Shipping + Returns



Since we are still a small company, orders take approximately 2 weeks to ship. We thank you for being patience, and we are working on improving our shipping process significantly as we continue to grow. All customers will be sent their order’s tracking number as soon as the item has been shipped. We currently use USPS for all shipping services, so expect 3-5 business days for your item to arrive after it has been shipped. We take responsibility for any damages caused by shipping. In the rare case a product arrives flawed, please contact us and we will be happy to ship you a new product.  If you have any questions about your order, please contact our Customer Service at and we'll be glad to help.


If you receive a PΛCIFIC product that is not working for you, you may send it back within 30 days of the transaction for a return. We will not accept the return of items that have been used. Any damages that occur as a fault of PΛCIFIC manufacturing may be returned and fixed free of charge. In the case that we are sold out of a product or cannot fix your item, exchange for a new item or credit is guaranteed. Please email before shipping your return; include your order number and the reason for the exchange.
